Ask Candidates Better Questions

RECRUITERS. You're interviewing Jane. How can you tell if she's the right fit for your organization?

Ask the right questions. Get at potential, behavior, and motivation.

For example:

- What is your favorite place you've been or taken a trip to? Why?

- What's the most difficult thing you've experienced? How did you work through it?

- If you could change one thing in your current or past organization, what would it be? Why?
