How to Stay Positive

There's so much uncertainty right now that it's difficult to stay positive. Uncertainty has been proven to cause anxiety, stress, and depression.

As humans we operate best when we have a known routine and certainty in our lives. Right now we don't have that, and some of us have less than others.

No matter your situation, it is extremely important that you do what you need to do to stay positive. You may need to avoid people who are anxious because it's contagious!
