Closing out a CrAzY year

Only 7 more days to go in what's been an absolutely crazy year. Sadly, the best words I can come up with to describe it are: frustration, anger, exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty.
We've watched clients, friends, and family members lose their jobs, and in some cases, their entire lifestyle. I could list all of the unfortunate things I've witnessed, but instead, I paused and looked back at the year.
At the end of each month, I send my teammates a summary of the month's successes. I looked back at each month of 2025 and saw all the bright spots through the negative lens I've often had this year. Here are some of those bright spots.
