I'm hearing a lot of this lately:

"I'm not getting interviews. I'm not getting offers. I'm doing something wrong."

The job market is really tough right now. So while there may be things you're doing that are preventing you from getting interviews and offers, it's also highly possible that you're doing everything right.

It won't help you to continue to blame yourself for not getting a job. But you also can't sit back and say, "well, that's it, the market sucks and there's no chance I'll get a job!"

The best advice I can give you is to start by looking at the types of jobs you're targeting and the kinds of organizations. If you know that there are lot of people in your job function or field looking for work right now, you should consider expanding your search. There are likely adjacent industries or similar roles that you can target.
