Searching for jobs with AI

A few weeks ago, I shared Huntr.co's study that showed job seekers hear back more often from applications completed on a company's site (often routed through Google Jobs) and smaller job sites.

But what about searching for jobs with AI?

While some job sites have integrated AI into their platforms, I learned that you can now use Indeed inside ChatGPT to job search. You can either find the ChatGPT Apps menu or use @Indeed in a prompt, connect your Indeed profile and saved preferences, and it can find jobs for you and share them in the chat. Perhaps other job sites will follow in their footsteps.

I experimented with performing job searches in ChatGPT in the Washington, DC area without the Indeed connection. It gave me a very general overview of the types of jobs available. When I added sectors and asked it to pull specific links and descriptions for senior level project management roles, it gave me a short list of jobs with some details but wasn't all that helpful.
